Advanced Authentication method not available for enrollment

Authentication Method does not show on the enrollment page

Method not listed under "Add Authenticator" 

How do you make a method appear on the enrollment page under "Add Authenticator?"  

Do the following in the Advanced Authentication Admin portal  (https://something.com/admin):

 1. Create a chain that includes the desired method  (under "chains" in the admin portal)

 2. Assign that chain to a role or group (still under "chains")

 3. Link that chain to an event (under "events" in the admin portal)

  

The method will then appear as an available authentication method.
