symptom
Error: '(7422) E25997 - Failed to move object CN=UserName, hr=8007212d Can't move objects with memberships across domain boundaries as once moved, this would violate the membership conditions of the account group. Remove the object from any account group memberships and retry'.

cause

This issue may occur if BOTH of the following conditions are true:

1. The users' primary group is the Domain Users group (this is the default primary group).
2. The Domain Users group is a member of one or more Global groups in the domain.

fix
To avoid this issue, remove the Domain Users group from any other Global groups before you try to migrate user accounts.
