Additional Information

Formerly known as NETIQKB36876

The computer running the Database Component does not need to be separated from the Secure Password Administrator Web server, but performance enhancements may be realized by doing so. While the Secure Password Administrator database does not require a dedicated database server, consider installing the Secure Password Administrator database on a server that is not already heavily taxed. For example, do not install the Secure Password Administrator database on a database server that also receives short interval bulk inserts. Performance directly corresponds to the level at which your SQL Server database server is taxed.
