15.3 支援的升級路徑

Identity Manager 4.9 支援從 4.7.x 和 4.8.x 版本升級。NetIQ 建議您在開始升級前先查看目前版本的版本說明中的資訊。

15.3.1 從 Identity Manager 4.7.5 版本升級

如果您已安裝 Identity Manager 4.7.5 http，則必須更新至 Identity Manager 4.7.5 https。確定已提供 tomcat.ks 和 idm.jks，若要建立這些檔案，請參閱《NetIQ Identity Manager - Administrator’s Guide to the Identity Applications》(NetIQ Identity Manager - Identity Applications 管理員指南) 中的「Using SSL for Secure Communication」(使用 SSL 進行安全通訊)。

Identity Applications	4.7.5	升級 Identity Applications 前，請確定 Identity Vault 和 Identity Manager 引擎已分別升級至 9.2.9 和 4.9。將作業系統升級至支援的版本。將資料庫升級至支援的版本。如需受支援的資料庫版本，請參閱 NetIQ Identity Manager 技術資訊網站。 (視情況而定) 如果 SSPR 安裝在其他電腦上，請將該元件升級至 4.9 版本。更新使用者應用程式驅動程式以及角色與資源驅動程式套件。將 Identity Applications 升級至 4.9。停止 Tomcat。附註：升級後，不會將舊的 jre 檔案重新放置到備份目錄，而是將其保留在以下位置：C:\NetIQ\idm\apps\jre
Identity Reporting	4.7.5	將作業系統升級至支援的版本。將資料庫升級至支援的版本。如需受支援資料庫版本的詳細資訊，請參閱 System Requirements for Identity Manager 4.9 (Identity Manager 4.9 系統要求)。將 SLM for IGA 升級至支援的版本。將 Identity Reporting 升級至 4.9。 (視情況而定) 從 Identity Manager 的「資料收集服務」頁面建立資料同步規則。
