56.1 套用 Identity Manager 引擎和遠端載入器 Hotfix

Identity Manager 引擎和遠端載入器 Hotfix 會更新 Identity Manager 伺服器和遠端載入器。您只能以引導 (GUI) 模式和靜默模式安裝 Hotfix。Hotfix 不支援主控台模式。

若要檢視安裝的記錄檔案，請導覽至以下位置︰

  • Linux︰/tmp/logs/idmPatchInstall.log

  • Windows︰\%Temp%\logs

附註：對於 Windows 伺服器，Hotfix 會在 \%UserProfile%\PatchInstallerBackUp<日期><時間> 目錄中建立備份資料夾。

56.1.1 安裝 HotFix 的先決條件

在安裝 HotFix 之前，請完成以下步驟︰

  1. 停止 eDirectory 精靈。

    如果不停止 eDirectory，Hotfix 安裝程式將嘗試停止該程式。如果安裝程式無法停止 eDirectory，會顯示一則警告訊息。然後，您將需要手動停止 eDirectory。

  2. 停止遠端載入器服務。

    如果遠端載入器正在使用中，Hotfix 將無法更新遠端載入器。

  3. (視情況而定) 若要以非 root 身分進行安裝，請完成下列動作之一以設定 Java 路徑︰

    • 在 Hotfix 的 install.sh 檔案中編輯 JAVA_NONROOT 變數。

    • 輸出 Java 1.8 路徑。

  4. 在瀏覽器中，導覽至 NetIQ 下載頁面。

  5. 在修補程式下面，按一下搜尋修補程式。

  6. 在搜尋方塊中指定 Identity Manager nn patch

  7. 下載檔案並解壓縮其內容。

56.1.2 以 Root 使用者身分透過 GUI 模式安裝 Hotfix

若要以 root 身分進行安裝，請完成以下步驟。

  1. 確認已完成安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。如需詳細資訊，請參閱節 56.1.1, 安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。

  2. 以 root 身分登入要執行 Hotfix 的伺服器。

  3. 導覽至您之前解壓縮 Hotfix 檔案的 cd-image 目錄。

    如需詳細資訊，請參閱節 56.1.1, 安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。

  4. 根據您的平台執行下列其中一個指令：

    • Linux 執行 ./install.sh 指令 (在終端機視窗中)。

    • Windows 啟動 install.bat 檔案。

  5. 選取要安裝的元件，然後按一下安裝。

  6. (視情況而定) 若要更新遠端載入器，請完成以下動作︰

    1. 出現有關停止遠端載入器的警告訊息時，按一下確定。

      確認您已停止遠端載入器。

    2. 如果安裝程式無法偵測到電腦上安裝的 32 位元或 64 位元遠端載入器，請瀏覽到遠端載入器的安裝路徑。

      附註：依預設，Hotfix 安裝程式會為 Linux 上的 Identity Manager 伺服器提供瀏覽選項。在 Windows 上，該按鈕預設不可用。

  7. 檢閱所選元件的安裝狀態，然後按一下完成。

  8. (視情況而定) Linux︰若要驗證是否已成功為您在步驟 5 中選取的 Identity Manager 元件套用 Hotfix，請完成以下步驟︰

    1. 檢查 Identity Manager 伺服器追蹤資訊，以確認您的 Identity Manager 版本是否已更新。追蹤視窗會顯示以下輸出：

      <product version="4.5.n.n">DirXML</product>

      其中，n 代表 Identity Manager Hotfix 的版本。

    2. 若要驗證 Identity Manager RPM 是否已安裝在您的電腦上，請執行以下指令︰

      rpm -qa | grep nov | grep 4.5

  9. (視情況而定) Windows︰若要驗證是否已成功為您在步驟 5 中選取的 Identity Manager 元件套用 Hotfix，請完成以下步驟︰

    1. 檢查 Hotfix 安裝程式所更新檔案的修改日期。

    2. 啟動 Remote Loader。

    3. 按一下內容，然後以右鍵按一下 rlconsole.exe。

    4. 按一下內容 > 詳細資料。

    5. 驗證檔案版本中的值是否為 4.5.n.n，其中，n 代表 Identity Manager Hotfix 的版本。

56.1.3 以非 Root 使用者身分透過 GUI 模式安裝 Hotfix

若要以非 root 身分使用引導式程序安裝，請完成以下步驟。

  1. 確認已完成安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。如需詳細資訊，請參閱節 56.1.1, 安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。

  2. 以非 root 使用者身分登入要執行 Hotfix 的伺服器。

  3. 執行 install.sh 檔案。

  4. 瀏覽至 eDirectory 的基礎位置。例如 /home/<user>/eDirectory。

  5. 按一下「安裝」。

56.1.4 以靜默模式安裝 Hotfix

若要以靜默模式執行 Identity Manager Hotfix 安裝程式，您必須擁有 patchUpgradeSilent.Properties 文件。NetIQ 提供了範例檔案，預設位於 cd-image 目錄中。可將此程序用於以 root 或非 root 身分進行的安裝。

  1. 確認已完成安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。如需詳細資訊，請參閱節 56.1.1, 安裝 HotFix 的先決條件。

  2. 修改 patchUpgradeSilent.Properties 檔案的內容。

    附註：在 Windows 伺服器上，Hotfix 安裝將使用以前安裝 Identity Manager 4.5 時指定的 Identity Manager 引擎伺服器安裝路徑。

  3. (視情況而定) 若以非 root 身分進行安裝，請取消注釋 engine_Location 內容，以指向 Identity Manager 引擎的確切位置。

  4. 若要啟動安裝程序，請輸入下列其中一個指令：

    • Linux︰<Hotfix 位置>/install.sh -i silent -f <檔案名稱>

    • Windows︰<Hotfix 位置>\install.bat -i silent -f <檔案名稱>

    附註：如果您以 root 使用者身分執行 Identity Manager 的非 root 使用者安裝，則安裝程式會顯示以下警告︰ 

    NetIQ recommends that you apply only patches pertaining to the installed IDM version. If you understand the risk and want to proceed, type yes else no.

    請忽略警告訊息，然後輸入 Yes 繼續。
