7.1 A full accounts cache refresh is required on Office 365 tenants when addressing issue (ENG349991)

To address the inability to see cloud mailboxes in DRA, a full accounts cache refresh (FACR) needs to be run on all managed Office 365 tenants after installing DRA Patch Update 9.2.1.8.

7.2 Unable to trigger patch uninstall from the Add/Remove programs when Windows User Access Control is enabled (ENG349308)

Workaround: You can uninstall the patch from the command line by performing the following:

  1. Log into the DRA Server OS as DRA service or another account with membership in the Local Administrators group.

  2. Launch a command prompt as a domain administrator.

  3. At the command prompt, run the following command to launch the DRA Patch Update 9.2.1.8 uninstall program: Msiexec /package {F385CAD0-033C-4A09-92F8-6F34653E88AB} MSIPATCHREMOVE=<MSI_patch_GUID> /qb /lv* DRA_patchX_uninstall.log/

    For example, to uninstall DRA 9.2.1 Patch 8 run the following command:  Msiexec /package {F385CAD0-033C-4A09-92F8-6F34653E88AB} MSIPATCHREMOVE={699C4065-EC09-4C19-96FF-25CB6423570F} /qb /lv* DRA_patch8_uninstall.log

The following values can be specified in the command above <MSI_patch_GUID> depending on which patch you are uninstalling.

7.3 The patch version details are not removed after uninstalling this patch (ENG349501)

Though the DRA 9.2.1.8 patch uninstallation is successful, this patch will not remove the patch version details from Win32 Console and Web Console.

This issue is only cosmetic and will not impact any of the functionality of the product.

Workaround: None.

7.4 An error is generated when trying to access a resource mailbox from an unmanaged child domain
