0xC0001005 LS AUTHORIZATION UNAVAILABLE

Possible Cause:
The license certificate is not assigned to the server that the request was sent to. The server assignment is incorrect.
Action:
Check the server assignment. Make sure that the certificate is assigned to the correct server.
Possible Cause:
The user does not have rights to request units from the certificate. (To request units, the user must have the Read right to the NLS:HandleList attribute. To change the server assignment, the user must have the Write right to this attribute.)
Action:
Grant necessary rights to either the handle list or the affected attribute.
0xC0001006 LS LICENSE UNAVAILABLE
