1.1 Adapter Integrations to Third-Party Products

An adapter is Operations Center’ interface with supported third-party products, that is written to the management system’s API when feasible. Adapters are configured with a one‐to‐one relationship, where one adapter talks to a specific management system, discovery tool, or trouble ticket system.
