If the Internet Security Level is set to High, only a blank page appears after logging in to Sentinel Log Manager. To work around this issue, navigate to
. Click the button and add the Sentinel Log Manager Web site to the list of trusted sites.Make sure that the
option is not selected.If the
option is not enabled, the file download pop-up might be blocked by the browser. To work around this issue, navigate to , then scroll down to the download section and select to enable the option.
