The HTTPS connection to the SSL VPN Kiosk mode might fail on a Windows XP machine, with the following log message:
Error: Failed to Fetch CIC Policy from the Server
This error is caused because of a problem with the certificate. To work around this issue, remove old certificates from the server and create new ones. For more information, see Section 2.6, Configuring Certificate Settings.
