Novell® Operations Center supports upgrades to 5.0 from versions 4.6 and 4.7. For assistance with the other upgrades, contact Support.
If you have customized the Operations Center configuration, properties, or templates, it is necessary to follow instructions for retaining those changes when upgrading.
The Operations Center servers can be upgraded one at a time to allow Operations Center to be available to users during the upgrade process. The upgrade strategy varies depending on your Operations Center installation.
After an upgrade is performed, you can restore earlier versions of Operations Center if you encounter issues.
