Upgrades to the Operations Center server overrides settings in the formula.properties file and the templates directory. To retain your custom settings, do the following:
To capture customizations made to files in the following directories, which are overwritten during an upgrade, make a copy of the following directories:
installation_path/config/template
installation_path/html/classes/template
installation_path/bin/template/html/template
WARNING:Do not overwrite any files in these locations with your older versions of them. The copies made of these files before an upgrade are for reference only. After the upgrade, each file must be opened and directly edited to reinsert any custom changes.
