4.4 Importing and Managing Clipart

4.4.1 Importing Clipart

An graphical files using the SVG format can be imported into the Graphics > Clipart library.

To import a new clipart file:

  1. In the Explorer pane, right-click the Clipart folder (or any folder beneath it), then select Import Clipart to open the Import Clipart dialog box.

  2. Navigate to and select the SVG graphic file, then click Open.

  3. When prompted, specify a name for the new clipart image, which displays in the Explorer pane, then click OK:

  4. The new clipart name displays in the Clipart folder.

4.4.2 Deleting Clipart

To delete a clipart file:

  1. Right-click the clipart element, then select Delete Clipart to open a confirmation dialog box.

  2. Click OK.

    The clipart name disappears from the Explorer pane.

4.4.3 Renaming Clipart

To rename a clipart file:

  1. Right-click the clipart element, then select Rename to open the Rename dialog box.

  2. Specify the new name, then click OK.

    The new name displays in the Explorer pane.
