remove-value

<remove-value> is used to specify values removed from the attribute specified in the enclosing <modify-attr>. Each <add-attr> should contain at least one <value>.

A driver should gracefully ignore a <remove-value> for a value that does not exist and continue to process the remainder of the enclosing <modify>.
