copy-path

Deprecated as of DirXML 2.0 - use DirXMLScript <token-src-dn>.

<copy-path> is used as a token to specify a string replacement in the distinguished name generated by the enclosing <placement>.

The replacement string is generated by copying src-dn attribute from the <add> event that is being processed. A conversion from the src-dn-format to the dest-dn-format of the enclosing <placement-rules> is performed if the formats are different. Conversion from an a typeless (unqualified) format to a typed (qualified) format is unsupported unless the source is eDirectory.
