You can configure a SCIM driver in Identity Manager to connect to external applications complying to SCIM. The following section explains how to setup and configure the SCIM Driver for Salesforce.
NOTE:Ideally, the driver must connect with the SCIM-connected systems as long as they follow the SCIM standards. If any connected system has differences or deviations with respect to the SCIM RFC standards, then whoever is trying to connect to that specific system has to take care of any required customizations. These customizations can be done in Designer using Custom Policies or Document Modifier as required.
IMPORTANT:All the field values shown in this chapter are just sample values. You must ensure not to use them directly when configuring the driver.
