You can upgrade Windows agents by running the setup program locally on the agent computer, or you can use Control Center to upgrade agents on remote computers. For more information about using Control Center to upgrade agents, see Section 3.6, Using Control Center to Upgrade Agents on Remote Computers.
The upgrade process does not change the settings from your previous agent installation and retains existing jobs, data, and events in the local repository.
