1.0 What’s New

OpenText Advanced Authentication 25.1.0.2 (v6.5.0.2) provides the following enhancement:

1.1 Ability to track the failed login data

The Authenticators report is enhanced to include the Last Logon Failure and Failed Attempts field information. These fields display the date and time of the most recent failed logon attempt and the total number of failed logon attempts for each user and method.

2.0 Resolved Issues

This release includes the following software fixes:

Component

Description of the Issue

Administration Portal

After exporting the logs, the web server’s uwsgi.log file was missing from the /opt/AuCore/logs/directory.

Enrollment Portal

Pre-condition: The Lockout options policy is set to OFF.

While logging into the enrollment portal, the user account is locked out after 10 non-consecutive failed attempts. This is because the system continues to count all the failed attempts cumulatively, even if the user successfully logs in between the failed attempts.
