You can configure the ports in the file C:\ProgramData\NetIQ\Windows Client\config.properties.
port: 8082, which is the default port, is used to interact with the Advanced Authentication server.
offline.port: 8082, which is the default port, is used to interact with the local cache server if local caching is enabled.
