Situation
Unable to register the framework agent to the framework manager.
While registering a Framework Agent (/opt/netiq/npum/sbin/unifi regclnt register), the following errors are reported in the Agent and Manager unifid log (logs/unifid.log).
Attempt to re-register an Agent that still exists in the Hosts Console of the Manager with a new Agent Name:
Note: Typically as a result of uninstalling the Agent, reinstalling, registering and entering a new agent name without removing old agent from manager's hosts console.

- Agent unifid.log:
Error, Registration failed for <AgentName> to registry <manager>: 500 Unauthorized service registration - Manager unifid.log:
Error, Agent <AgentName>:<Agent/ServiceID><AgentIP> existing registration is not complete
Info, registry svcRegister client:<AgentName> rc:0 status:500(Unauthorized service registration) (1ms) - Both the previous Agent and newly registered Agent appear as hosts in the Hosts Console of the Manager. The newly registered Agent may appear as 'unregistered.'
Resolution
Please delete both old and new Agents from the Hosts Console of the Manager and then re-attempt Agent registration.
Cause
Attempt to re-register an Agent that still exists in the Hosts Console of the Manager with a new Agent Name without first removing the old host from the Manager.
