Privileged Account Manager 3.1

Situation

No available credentials displayed in drop-down when selecting an Account Domain
Credentials not available or missing from the dropdown when creating a rule in the Command Control Console (cmdctrl)

Resolution

Please logout of the Administration Console and clear the browser's cache.

Cause

Corrupt cache in browser so valid credentials are not displayed properly when an Account Domain is selected.
