Situation

Default Session Timeout for the User Application is 20 minutes.
Users are being redirected to a login screen, if they take longer than the configured Session Timeout to submit a Workflow form.

Resolution

The solution is to raise the Session Timeout to a number which is long enough for the users to be able to fill in the workflow form before the Session Timeout runs out.

Cause

The Session Timeout will only get reset when a control which communicates with the server is being updated.
