Situation
How to add an Email profile to Windows for Microsoft Outlook accessing the GroupWise Mailbox.
How to use Microsoft Outlook to access the GroupWise mailbox using Windows Mail profiles.
Need to create a profile for GW.

Full error on Outlook start-up: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured
