Situation
An existing OFX controller executable on the source server becomes unavailable or hung due to limited resources on the source server. Hence causing an incremental job to fail during uninstall of the previous controller. To verify this, check the Task Manager to see if ofxcontroller.exe on the source server has occupied more memory. At the same time, PlateSpin Operation Framework Service on the source server will also be in a state were it cannot be stopped.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, end this ofxcontroller.exe process via Task Manager and rerun the incremental job.
