13.16 Viewing a Call Script

The View a Call Script dialog box shows you which codec is being emulated, whether packet loss concealment (PLC) or silence suppression is being used, the size of the jitter buffer, whether QoS is being emulated, and any additional fixed delay associated with this call group. For more information about each parameter, see Section 7.4.4, Creating a VoIP Connector.

By default, many of these parameters are disabled or set to 0. To change them, you must add a new script, based on an existing script. Click Options > Call Scripts to add a new script. For more information, see Section 7.10, Working with Call Scripts.
