Self Service Password Reset enables users to reset their passwords themselves so they don't have to call you. So while user account security and privacy is absolutely essential that doesn't mean that it has to be a continual burden to your help desk.

With Self Service Password Reset staff no longer needs to verify employee identity over the telephone for password management; instead, users confirm who they are through challenge questions before they're allowed to securely reset their passwords.
