Performing a MailboxMove returns 'The operation failed.  The object 'Onepoint://CN=testuser....,DC=domain,DC=com,module=exchange,Mailbox' does not exist'

This issue is addressed in NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator and Exchange Administrator version 7.0 SP1 Hotfix 42110.

Hotfix 42110 corrects an issue in which a back slash (\) in mailbox names causes the move operation to fail. Individuals experiencing this error see an Operation Failed message.

Note: This hotfix requires DRA version 7.0 SP1.

To download and install this hotfix:

  1. Run the DRA70001_Hotfix42110.msi file on your Administration server computers.

This hotfix modifies the Accounts.dll and the ExchProvider.dll on server computers. By default, these files are located in the Program Files\NetIQ\DRA folder.
