The following table describes the ports used by default in Security Manager version 5.5: 

Computer	Port Number	Purpose
Central computer	TCP 1270	The Windows agent uses this port to connect to the central computer.
Central computer	TCP 1625	Any Security Manager component that uses the VigilEnt protocol uses this port, such as Analysis Console.
Central computer	TCP 1636	The Unix agent and iSeries agent use this port to communicate with the central computer.
iSeries agent computer	TCP 1622	The central computer uses this port for a VigilEnt protocol connection to Unix and iSeries agents.
iSeries agent computer	TCP 1626	The central computer may use this port for an SSL connection to the iSeries agent.
iSeries agent computer	TCP 1636	Used to communicate with Intrusion Manager.
Unix agent computer	TCP 1622	The central computer uses this port for a VigilEnt protocol connection to Unix and iSeries agents.
Unix agent computer	1626	The central computer may use this port for an SSL connection to the Unix agent.
Web Console	1271	When secure HTTP is enabled on IIS, use the following URL to access the Web Console: https:// WebConsoleServerName:1271 . When secure HTTP is not enabled on IIS, use the following URL to access the Web Console: http:// WebConsoleServerName:1271 .
