To remove an object from a project refer to the following steps:

  1. Expand the Project in the left pane of the Exchange Migrator MMC.
  2. Select the container you want to remove objects from (Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Custom Recipients, Public Folders).
  3. Right-click the object that you want to remove from the project and select Remove from Project.  This will remove the object from the Project.  Removing an object from the project does not completely remove the object from the database. This is by design for reporting purposes.
