symptom
Active Directory still shows printer only in source domain, after migrating the server and printer intraforest.
cause
Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) does not migrate the List in the directory option on the Sharing tab of the printer properties page. This checkbox is what dictates if the printer can be found in Active Directory Users & Computers.

fix
To resolve this, please perform the following workaround:
- Deselect the List in the directory option on the source printer.
- Select the checkbox on the target printer.

You can review the event log on the server to troubleshoot this issue. You will not be able to publish the print queue to the target domain until the queue has been removed from the source domain.
