OpenText Identity Consoleのインストールが失敗するかまたは中断され、インストーラが終了した場合に、OpenText Identity Consoleを再インストールすると、次のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。「Latest identity console version is already installed.Exiting」。
この場合、OpenText Identity Consoleをアンインストールする必要はありません。ユーザは次のコマンドを実行して設定を行えます。
/usr/bin/identityconsoleConfigure
