By default, the idle timeout period for the report generation process is 15 minutes. You can configure the idle timeout period by performing the following procedure:
Log in to the Sentinel server as the novell user.
Open the /etc/opt/novell/sentinel/config/configuration.properties file.
Set a desired value of the sentinel.report.idle.timeout.mins property in minutes.
Restart the Sentinel server.
