Issue: After upgrading the Self Service Password Reset, the Self Service Password Reset site URL fails to load.
Workaround: This issue may occur if the docker engine is not running.
To check whether docker is the cause of this issue, run the below command in the terminal:
docker info
Verify whether you encounter the following error or not:
ERROR: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?
If the above error message is displayed, perform the below steps to resolve this issue:
Run the following command:
vi /usr/lib/systemd/system/docker.service.d/custom.conf
Go to insert mode and add the below details in the custom.conf file:
[Service]
ExecStart=
ExecStart=/usr/bin/dockerd --storage-driver=overlay2
Save this file.
Reboot the system.
