12.1 Prerequisites

To integrate Self Service Password Reset with Client Login Extension, you must meet the following prerequisites:

	Prerequisites	Description
	Self Service Password Reset	It must be installed and configured to integrate with Client Login Extension. For more information, see Self Service Password Reset 4.3 Installation Guide.
	Secure HTTPS	Self Service Password Reset must be configured to use secure HTTPS. For more information, see Importing Certificates to Create an HTTPS Connection to Browsers.
	HTTPS certificates must be trusted by the workstation	You must not have any certificate errors between Internet Explorer and Self Service Password Reset. To ensure this happens the certificates used by the workstation must be signed by a commercial Certificate Authority (CA) or because you imported the CA into the workstation trust.
