A.15 What to do If a User Gets the Response Incorrect Error When Using OTP for Enrolling the Mobile Device or for Forgotten Password

When the time (in seconds) set in the LDAP server, the SSPR server, and the mobile device are not synchronized, or there is a difference of more than 5 seconds, then the users get the error one or more responses is not correct.

When user reports about this error, the administrator can perform a time synchronization for the LDAP, and the SSPR servers.
