When using NetIQ Advanced Authentication Framework (NAAF) for forgotten password, you need to ensure the following:
Install the NetIQ Advanced Authentication Framework server version 5.0 or later.
The administrator for NetIQ Advanced Authentication Framework must configure the NetIQ Server appliance through NetIQ Admin Interface.

The Repositories must be created and configured in the NAAF server.
The Users who are configured to use NAAF for forgotten password must be informed to enroll the devices depending on the authentication methods.
An SSPR administrator must know the NAAF identifier and the repository for the users.
