You can use the CG AM to uninstall the agents only if you have Change Guardian installed. If you have Sentinel and/or Secure Configuration Manager only, you must use UAM to uninstall the agents.
Prerequisites:
Reconfigure the agents using CG AM to disable the CG Agent.
Remove the assets from CG AM to remove the CG AM instance.
Use the following steps to uninstall the agent using CG AM:
Log in as administrator to the Change Guardian server.
From Change Guardian Main, click Integration > Agent Manager.
Select the assets from which you want to uninstall the agent.
Select Manage Installation > Uninstall Agents.
Click Start Uninstall.
