Novell SecureLogin 7.0 Service Pack 3 Hotfix 5 Readme

Novell SecureLogin is a single sign-on application. It consists of multiple, integrated security systems that provide authentication and single sign-on to networks and applications. It provides a single entry point to the corporate network and its user resources, increasing security while enhancing compliance with corporate security policies. Novell SecureLogin also eliminates the requirement for users to remember multiple usernames, and passwords and automatically enters them for users when required. Novell SecureLogin 7.0 Service Pack 3 Hotfix 5 improves usability, and resolves several previous issues. Many of these improvements were made in direct response to suggestions from our customers. 1.1 Enhancement

1.1.1 Limit Concurrent Connection Feature Supports Inheritance

A new attribute, Protocom-SSO-ConcurrentConfig, has to be added to control the inheritance of settings from a higher level container, organizational unit or country. The new attribute can be added using the schema extension tool. For more information, see Limit Concurrent Connections. (BUG 716406)

1.2 Software Fixes

1.2.1 SecureLogin does not Store the Network Credentials in the GINA Mode on a Non-English Windows 7 Machine

SecureLogin now recognizes the localized system information and stores the network credentials in the GINA mode on a non-English Windows 7 machine. (BUG 804418)

1.2.2 SecureLogin does not do a Seamless Login to ZCM Agent and also does not Display a Login Window when you Login to SecureLogin

SecureLogin does a seamless login to ZCM agent when you log in to SecureLogin that is installed in the LDAP Credential Provider mode with eDirectory, as SecureLogin is integrated with the ZCM agent. (BUG 580418)
