With group policies enabled

 
msiexec /i "Novell SecureLogin.msi" /qn X_INSTALLTYPE="ADAM" X_USEGPO="Yes"

Use this command to install Novell SecureLogin on Microsoft Active Directory Application Mode with support for group policy.

This command does not display any user interface to the users.
