NetIQ SecureLogin 8.1 Service Pack 1 Hotfix 2(SP1 HF2) resolves some of the previous issues.

SecureLogin 8.1 Service Pack 1 Hotfix 2 release includes fixes for the following issues:
Issue: When you log into SecureLogin several times using the username and password with the smartcard inserted, the smartcard gets locked. (Bug 998396)
Fix: This issue is fixed in this release.
Issue: When launching SecureLogin in Citrix environment, SecureLogin displays Securelogin was unable to determine cryptographic service provider error. This error message appears only when the registry key ForceHKLMandNODPAPI is set to 1. (Bug 958039)
Fix: This issue is fixed in this release.
Issue: When you have multiple .NET applications running in the system, SecureLogin consumes more CPU which maximizes CPU utilization and affects the system performance. (Bug 997076)
Fix: This issue is fixed in this release.
Fix: In this release, SecureLogin does not prompt for passphrase when you launch it in offline mode.
