Secure Configuration Manager allows you to manage network device endpoints using the Windows agent. The network device endpoint type is essentially a subcomponent of the Windows agent, but has the same registration and management functions as the Windows agent, but only with proxy support.
The Windows agent can manage multiple types of network device endpoints. The network device endpoint supports Cisco routers and Juniper routers; however, any other network device is supported as a generic network device.
