Launch PgAdmin III and connect to the server.

Right-click the Databases node and select New Database from the pop-up menu.

Create the database in the correct table space with default parameters and a new name.

Right-click the database you just created and select Restore from the pop-up menu.

Select the name of the file that contains the backup you want to restore.

Click OK.

Several messages are displayed, ending with Process returned exit code 1.

Click Cancel.
