User Roles contain users and groups, collectively called as members, from various sources who have similar access requirements. A User role can contain members from one or more sources. The supported sources are:
Local Users: Users created locally in Privileged Account Manager.
Agent Users: Users from any Agent registered to Privileged Account Manager.
LDAP Users and Groups: Users or Groups from LDAP Servers configured for Authentication. Administrators can configure Excluded Members from LDAP Users and Groups, if there is a Group already added in Included Members section of a role.
Database Users: Users created for authorizing access to database while co-ordination and monitoring it’s use. Administrators can configure Excluded Members from LDAP Users and Groups, if there is a Group already added in Included Members section of a role.
