23.0 Requesting and Accessing through User Console

The user console is enhanced so that users can access and request for access to any SSH, Windows, shared keys, database or application session through the myaccess page. You can also view status of the request, notifications and alerts.

You need to login to the user console, https://<IP address of the Framework Manager>/myaccess, by using your Privileged Account Manager credentials.

This page includes the following three sections:

Privileged Sessions: This section displays different tabs for different types of sessions. Under each tab you can view the privileged sessions that an administrator for Privileged Account Manager has defined through policies, or approved through Emergency Access. For more information, refer Privileged Sessions.

Emergency Access: This section is used for requesting emergency access to any particular host through a particular type of session. It also displays the requests that you have created for emergency access and its status.

Enterprise Password Checkout: This section is used for password or key check out/ check in and viewing the details of the checked out credentials.

If secondary authentication is applied, then every time you view the credentials, you will have to pass secondary authentication.

NOTE:To search an instance, enter the server name and click Search.
