12.1.22 Web RDP and RDP Relay Session are not Accessible for Users of the Protected Users Group

Issue: The Web RDP and RDP Relay sessions for the users who are associated with the Protected Users group is not supported for agent and agentless functionalities.

Workaround: To resolve this issue, remove the users from Protected Users group. When the users are not associated with the Protected Users group, then the Web RDP and RDP Relay sessions are accessible.
