Jobs are event logs for all actions, such as account discovery, enable or disable account, target or account onboard and so on that are triggered on the Discovery & Onboard page. Jobs record each action and aids in aligning with the organization’s security and auditing compliance. It displays the details of each action and details include target, account, action, start time, initiated by, end time, status, action status, and response.
NOTE:Points to remember:
When you onboard only the target without its onboarding its respective accounts, then the target is onboarded successfully. However, a job is not recorded for this action.
When you onboard the target with its respective accounts using Onboard discovered accounts for target(s), then jobs are recorded for this action.
When an account is deleted, the delete operation is captured in Jobs and the account name is not displayed.
