Issue: The error gets displayed when there are no credential vault modules in the Privileged Access Manager framework, or no credential vault module is reachable from the primary registry module.
Workaround: For updating the license summary, it is a prerequisite that at-least one credential vault module is online and reachable from the primary registry module.
You need to install a credential vault module in at least one of the agents and rectify any network issues between the primary registry and the agent with credential vault module.
