To upgrade your PlateSpin Server to PlateSpin Migrate 12.2.1, you must have an existing installation of PlateSpin Migrate 12.2, with or without interim patches and hotfixes applied. Other direct upgrades are not supported.
IMPORTANT: Before upgrading:
Run Diagnostics to generate detailed diagnostic reports on jobs executed before upgrade. Post upgrading, the diagnostics reports are not available for jobs that you executed before upgrading.
Close the Migrate Client.
