To upgrade your Forge appliance, you need to perform the following tasks in order:
Make sure all prerequisites are met. See Section 1.6, Upgrade Prerequisites for more information.
Prepare for backup.
Backup.
Rebuild Forge Appliance to version 3.
Manually restore and confirm Forge Appliance settings.
Prepare for restore.
Restore.
Resume workload protection.
