Web 2.0 Connect has a dependency on common Operations Center classes.
To install related libraries:
If an updated mocommon.jar is provided with Web 2.0 Connect, deploy it to the servlet container (the common/lib directory).
In the case of Apache Tomcat, this is normally the /OperationsCenter_Dashboard_install_path/server/common/lib directory.
In addition, deploy any service packs or individual patches provided for the Operations Center server.
